Carbon Fibre PET-G Composite
CARBON-P carbon fibre PET-G
CARBON-P is 20% carbon fibre reinforced PET-G based filament.
The resulting filament propertiy is a twice as stiff filament as our current PETG with increased impact and heat resistance (HDT) to 80˚C
CARBON-P suitable for a very wide variety of applications besides such as RC parts, drones, automotive and more.
Printing Temperature Range 225-245˚C
Does not require heated platform If available bed heat between 35-60c
Due to virtually no warping of CARBON-P the filament can also be printed without a heated bed.
With a heated bed the recommended temperature is ± 35-60˚C.
* Please consider the use of a hardened steel nozzle when printing with CARBONP as the carbon fibres are abrasive and will result in fast wear of regular brass nozzles.
CARBON-P can be used on all common desktop FDM or FFF technology 3D printers. Storage: Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly.
A PET-G polymer filament which has been enfused with minute carbon fibres (reduced nozzle clogging).
