MAKERBOT® TIPS

Please ensure you download the latest MakerBot® Desktop software before installation, and upon first power on their machine, before completing the on-screen setup guide, update the firmware to the latest version. This is done by plugging the machine via USB into an internet-connected computer running Desktop. Once the firmware is complete, customers should do a Factory Reset to begin the setup guide.

The original packaging should ideally be retained by customer to transport MakerBot® 3D printers and scanners if these are being moved, to avoid damage in transit. If packaging is lost there may be a delay to obtaining replacements which may affect any returns, and may be chargeable
